Issues with Your Order?

If you notice an issue with your products or anything else on your order, please let us know right away by submitting a problem report. You can do this by sending us an email at support@learnwatersports.com, be sure to be as detailed as possible and include image attachments when possible. Learn Water Sports then works with our 3rd party supplier on your behalf to fix your order. 

Returns for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days after receiving your product. We’ll take care of it at no extra cost to you.

Lost in Transit?

For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

Return Address

Our return address is automatically set to the Printful facility. Once your return is received, you’ll get an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect address and your shipment is returned to our facility, we’ll work with you to reship it to the correct address. You’ll be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Shipments

If your shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer

Before returning any products, please contact us at support@learnwatersports.com. Please note that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion.

EU Consumer Rights

Certain goods may not be eligible for return according to EU consumer rights regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

Sealed goods, such as face masks, cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
